NileCV (nilecv.com) is an AI-powered tool that compares your CV against a job posting, gives you an ATS/job-match score, flags missing keywords, and can rewrite your CV to better match a role — in both Arabic and English. NileCV is operated by the site administrator; for any inquiries, contact info@nilecv.com. These Terms govern your use of the NileCV website and service ("Service").
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the CV and job-posting text you submit, and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree not to use NileCV to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share.
NileCV uses AI to analyze and rewrite CV content based only on what you provide. It is designed not to invent employers, dates, or skills you haven't stated — but AI output can still contain mistakes. You're responsible for reviewing any rewritten CV before using it, including checking your own contact details are correct.
NileCV offers a free tier (match score, missing keywords, and short rewrite suggestions) and a paid "Pro" tier (full CV rewrite and export in multiple formats). Paid subscriptions are billed and processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of the current billing period.

You retain all rights to the CV and job-posting content you submit. NileCV's branding, design, and underlying software remain the property of NileCV. You're granted a limited right to use any CV output NileCV generates for you, for your own personal job-seeking purposes.
NileCV helps improve how your CV is screened and read — it does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any particular hiring outcome, which depend on many factors outside NileCV's control.
NileCV is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, NileCV and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use of NileCV after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.

يقدم NileCV خطة مجانية (درجة التطابق، الكلمات المفتاحية الناقصة، واقتراحات إعادة صياغة قصيرة) وخطة مدفوعة "Pro" (إعادة صياغة كاملة للسيرة الذاتية وتصدير بصيغ متعددة). يتم إصدار فواتير الاشتراكات المدفوعة ومعالجتها من قبل مزود الدفع لدينا، Lemon Squeezy، الذي يعمل كتاجر رسمي (merchant of record). تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائياً حتى يتم إلغاؤها؛ يمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت والاحتفاظ بالوصول حتى نهاية فترة الفوترة الحالية.

تحتفظ بجميع الحقوق المتعلقة بمحتوى السيرة الذاتية وإعلان الوظيفة الذي تقدمه. تبقى العلامة التجارية والتصميم والبرمجيات الأساسية لـ NileCV ملكاً لـ NileCV. يُمنح لك حق محدود لاستخدام أي مخرجات سيرة ذاتية ينشئها NileCV لك، لأغراضك الشخصية في البحث عن عمل.
يساعد NileCV في تحسين كيفية فرز سيرتك الذاتية وقراءتها — لكنه لا يضمن مقابلات عمل أو عروض وظيفية أو أي نتيجة توظيف معينة، والتي تعتمد على عوامل كثيرة خارجة عن سيطرة NileCV.
يُقدَّم NileCV "كما هو". وإلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمل NileCV ومشغّله مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية الناشئة عن استخدامك للخدمة.
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط مع تطور الخدمة. استمرارك في استخدام NileCV بعد أي تغيير يعني أنك تقبل الشروط المحدّثة.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة قطر.
