NileCV's core match score, missing-keyword list, and short rewrite suggestions are free and don't require payment — there's nothing to refund on the free tier.
NileCV Pro is a monthly subscription that unlocks full CV rewrites and multi-format export. It's billed and processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record for all purchases.
If you're not satisfied with NileCV Pro, contact us within 14 days of your charge at info@nilecv.com with your account email and the reason for your request, and we'll review it promptly. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and processed by Lemon Squeezy, typically within 5–10 business days.
You can cancel your NileCV Pro subscription at any time via the link in your Lemon Squeezy order receipt or renewal email, or by emailing info@nilecv.com and we'll cancel it for you. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Cancelling doesn't automatically trigger a refund for the current period — see the refund request process above.

يمكنك إلغاء اشتراك NileCV Pro الخاص بك في أي وقت عبر الرابط الموجود في إيصال طلبك من Lemon Squeezy أو بريد التجديد، أو عن طريق مراسلة info@nilecv.com وسنقوم بإلغائه نيابة عنك. يوقف الإلغاء الفوترة المستقبلية؛ وتحتفظ بوصول Pro حتى نهاية فترة الفوترة التي دفعت مقابلها بالفعل. الإلغاء لا يُطلق تلقائياً استرجاعاً للفترة الحالية — راجع عملية طلب الاسترجاع أعلاه.
